The amount of children detained at HUTTO

	The government and CCA holds immigrants to deport them to their countries at HUTTO. It is the only detention center in the USA that detains children other than mexicans and a few mexican immigrant families. Some are seeking asylum and going through the INS courts, but most are victims of Immigration Customs & Enforcement (ICE) raids. The department of homeland security has thousands of children in different detention centers but nobody knows where. Only at HUTTO do we actually have a head count of children being detained with their families. Before, it was at 200 in 2006, now there are about an approximate 100 children still there. It fluctuates and Corporate Corrections of America (CCA) is corporation that profits off of immigrants being detained there at Hutto. CCA is a private group that doesn't have to disclose any info.
