Subject: Draft Resolution to Free the Children

	Whereas, National Lulac received blood money from Corrections Corporation of America for several years as donations. Whereas, National Lulac is involved in Civil Rights to help Free the Children at the T. Don Hutto Detention Center. Whereas, CCA profits from immigrants being detained at the T. Don Hutto Detention Center to include an approximate 200 children. Whereas, National Lulac will not condradict itself by protesting at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center and receive blood money from CCA as general donations. Whereas, National Lulac wants to help liberate immigrant children being detained at all residential centers. Therefore, Be it resolved that National Lulac will give back every penny to CCA that was given to National Lulac throughout the years and report the amount given. mms.wav
