 | | Whereas, National Lulac received blood money from Corrections Corporation of America for several years as donations. Whereas, National Lulac is involved in Civil Rights to help Free the Children at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center. Whereas, CCA profits from immigrants being detained at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center to include an approximate 200 children. Whereas, National Lulac will not condradict itself by protesting at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center and receive blood money from CCA as general donations. Whereas, National Lulac wants to help liberate immigrant children being detained at all residential centers. Therefore, Be it resolved that National Lulac will give back every penny to CCA that was given to National Lulac throughout the years and report the amount given. | | | |

 | | Please contact the National Lulac offices and tell them to adopt a resolution to take action against CCA. Rosa Rosales, president of National Lulac is protesting in front of a CCA sign that reads CCA T. Don Hutto Residential Center, and have recently given back the 2007 check back to CCA according to Jaime Martinez' (national lulac treasurer) emails. Give back every penny to CCA throughout the years! No Blood Money is worth LULAC's corporate power! Please email Rosa Rosales at presidentrosales@lulac.org or Jaime Martinez at iueorg@aol.com and congratulate them for sending back a single check in 2007 back to CCA. Email them your concern and tell them to adopt a National Lulac Resolution against CCA at their 2008 National LULAC Convention. In this resolution, tell them to send the full amount back to CCA and report the amount given back to include every last penny. Lulac with a few blood pennies in their pockets are still building their corporate empire thanks to CCA and other donations. | | | |

 | | The future of LULAC is to build a corporate empire from large donations to include Corrections Corporation of America, who imprison children. National Lulac needs to adopt an ethical standard by accepting donations by certain giant corporations. These corporations should send info to National Lulac into whom they are and what they do. Then, a Lulac Committee should then investigate the organizations donating to see if they coexist with Lulac's ideals to fighting for the advancement of Latin American citizens. If they redflag an organization that has donated before, that money will be sent back to them as well that has donated to National Lulac throughout the years. These organizations will be on a list that the National Lulac Treasurer will have to see which checks he/she can cash or not. Due to Jaime Martinez' human error, he was told by many on the outside of lulac, and never given any heads up on the inside of National Lulac. These are my ideas to prevent this from happening again. | | | |
