The ipod looked nice at the pawnshop and when we bought the ipod, it was engraved with someone elses initials. The police came a few days later to confiscate the ipod and we had lost 200 dollars for nothing. We didn't know it was stolen. I was walking to a Valero store when a man approached me to cash a lottery ticket for him because he was undocumented. He said he would pay me 5,000 bucks as long as he gets his 45,000 dollars. When I went to file an income tax return, the IRS charged me 10,000 dollars! One time I saw a man at foot locker looking at 200 dollar Michael Jordan shoes. He brought some exact cheap shoes to swap with the news ones when nobody was looking. The man walked out the store with new shoes and a smile. One time, Burger King had an upstairs floor to eat across from the Alamo. I saw 13 skater kids drinking from the same cup with like 13 refills. The cup only costed a dollar. No management was upstairs to see how they were sharing
the cup. One time, I was working as a busboy for a Mexican restaurant. After 6 months working there, a waiter finally gives me a tip. He tells me that all waiters are suppose to give a percentage for helping them bus their tables. I did the math and I believe I would have had about 2,000 dollars extra in my pocket if the waiters had paid me. A friend asked me to take pictures of a funeral. I paid for the film, the developing, the album, and my own time. I wasted over 200 dollars in giving him my prints. He never paid me and was arrested for something else and now I can't get paid. Why do business with friends? When we were young, we would go to the movies at McCreles Mall. One would pay and open the back door and let everybody in. Just the other day while me and my family were watching a movie, a bunch of High School girls did the same procedure and sneaked into the theater. I was like, "how rude of these people to sneak into a movie while
we're about to see the climax of the movie." Then again, we were once young and bold. Some True, Some False Stories. Sincerely,P.R.
