Everyone forgot about Governor Rick Perry and his funds with CCA! Why? It's because Jay Castro answers to a higher authority who they possibly fund his projects and have showed

Don Hutto Residential Center will no longer start accepting children and possibly be sent to Berks detention center in Pennsylvania. The victory email speeches went out this past week and Jay Castro thinks that our mission is accomplished at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center. He is forgetting that if the department of homeland security doesn't reestablish the catch and release program, the same amount of children being detained at Hutto will continue indefinitely at other detention centers.
