Lulac favors CCA, and denies truth

	Lulac Council #650 proposed a weak resolution against CCA, in regards to the CCA T. Don Hutto Residential Center. On July 14, 2007, Rosa Rosales approved a resolution into law within the National LULAC government that lacked a strategy to Free the Children or to Close Hutto down. This resolution failed to give back every blood penny that was given to National Lulac throughout the years. In 2005, Corrections Corporation of America was a Patron Sponsor giving National Lulac 10,000 dollars, and also an indistinctive amount in 2006. Rosa Rosales began her toy drive in Dec. 2006, to give to the children at Hutto. In 2007, due to outcries from el pueblo, Lulac decided to return their 2007 check back to CCA due to a guilty conscience. In April of 2008, only Lulac members with Rosa Rosales and Jose Orta were allowed inside the facility? Why? Lulac still favors law enforcement and has a close relationship with CCA. Lulac's scapegoat is ICE, not CCA they say in their weak resolution.- Ollin Q
